Atlassync — Cancellation and Refund Policy

30-DAY SOFTWARE TRIAL

New users can try Atlassync for 30 days before purchasing a subscription.

The trial begins when an Atlassync installation is successfully activated for the first time.

No payment card is required to begin the trial, and the trial does not automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Before the trial expires, users who wish to continue can choose to purchase a subscription.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Atlassync is available for $240 USD per month.

A paid subscription begins only when the customer actively chooses to subscribe and completes the payment process.

If no subscription is purchased, no payment will be taken and the software licence will expire at the end of the trial period.

CANCELLATION

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

Cancellation prevents future subscription renewals. Access remains available through the end of the period that has already been paid for.

There are no cancellation fees.

REFUNDS

Because every customer has an opportunity to use the complete software during the 30-day trial without providing a payment card, subscription payments are generally non-refundable once a paid subscription has begun.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, experienced a billing error, or have another exceptional circumstance, please contact us. We will review the matter individually and correct any billing errors.

Refunds required by applicable law are not affected by this policy.

THIRD-PARTY COSTS

The Atlassync subscription covers access to the Atlassync software and associated Volantis services.

Third-party products and services, including computer or VPS infrastructure and other independently provided services, are separate from the Atlassync subscription and are subject to their own pricing and terms.
